Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
How our Mental health giving works:
When you purchase a designated mental health or suicide prevention item from Ampersand Creations, you help support New Horizons Counseling Center.
During May—Mental Health Awareness Month and September—Suicide Prevention Month, we donate 100% of profits from these items. Throughout the rest of the year, 20% of proceeds from these items continues to support the center—because mental health matters every month.
Thank you for helping turn meaningful creations into support for our community.

Wear a reminder that matters.
Sometimes the simplest words are the ones we need to hear most. The Suicide Prevention Awareness T-Shirt Collection was created around four messages of hope, connection, and encouragement:
You Are Not Alone • Stay • Keep Going • You Matter
Choose the message that speaks to you, or wear one knowing that someone who sees it may need that reminder, too.
Each shirt is handmade by Ampersand Creations using teal and purple elements inspired by suicide prevention awareness.
Every shirt in this collection also includes Suicide & Crisis Lifeline information on the back:
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
