Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about your Ampersand Creations order. If something isn’t right, please contact us through our website so we can help.

Regular items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the item price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Personalized and made-to-order items: Because these items are made for you, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a problem with the workmanship, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. If we ask you to return the item, we’ll cover the return shipping.

After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
