Glitter Pens
Care for your pen:
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak.
Avoid alcohol, acetone, and abrasive cleaners.
Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
Handle with care—dropping or striking your pen may chip or crack the resin.
Avoid chewing on the pen.
Refill your pen:
Unscrew the tip of your pen.
Carefully pull out the ink cartridge and slide the spring off. Keep the spring!
If any clicker mechanism pieces fall out, put them back in their original positions before inserting the refill.
Slide the original spring onto the new cartridge.
Insert the cartridge into the pen, then screw the tip back on gently. Do not overtighten.
Click the pen to check that the tip extends and retracts.
KEEP ALL INTERNAL PARTS
Replace only the ink cartridge. Save the spring and every piece of the clicker mechanism.
Use a cartridge from another Paper Mate InkJoy Gel 0.7 mm retractable pen, or a refill specifically listed as compatible with that model. A 0.7 mm tip alone does not guarantee a proper fit.

Keychains
Care for your keychain:
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak.
Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals.
Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
Avoid drops, hard impacts, and bending—acrylic and resin can scratch, chip, or crack.
Do not pick or peel at the vinyl or resin coating.
Car Decals
Install your decal:
CLEAN & DRY
Choose a smooth, clean surface free of dirt, wax, and oily residue. Let it dry completely. Apply in mild weather, in the shade—not too hot or too cold glass.
PRESS
Lay the decal flat. Rub firmly over the transfer tape with a squeegee or plastic card.
PEEL THE BACKING
Turn the decal face down and slowly peel the paper backing away. The vinyl should stay on the transfer tape. If it lifts, replace the backing and rub again.
POSITION & SMOOTH
Carefully position your decal. Press from the center outward with overlapping strokes. Once it sticks, avoid lifting or repositioning it.
REMOVE TRANSFER TAPE
Slowly peel the transfer tape back against itself at a low angle. If the vinyl lifts, lay the tape back down, press firmly, and try again.
After Application:
Wait at least 72 hours before washing your vehicle. Hand-wash gently and avoid scrubbing or directing high-pressure water at the decal’s edges.
Keep decals clear of your driving visibility and windshield-wiper paths.
Hand washing is recommended.
Avoid pressure washing, scrubbing, or scraping directly over the decal.
Avoid automatic car washes with brushes or hot wax.
Never use an ice scraper or razor blade over the decal.
Do not pick at the edges.
Remove your decal:
Warm the decal gently with a hair dryer, then slowly peel it back at a low angle.
Do not overheat the glass or painted surface.
Remove leftover adhesive with a product approved for that surface.
This decal uses permanent outdoor vinyl.
Removal may become more difficult over time.
Ampersand Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, care, removal, or application to unsuitable surfaces.
T-Shirts
Care for your shirt:
Wait 24–48 hours before the first wash.
Wash inside out in cold water.
Use mild detergent.
No bleach or fabric softener.
Hang dry, or tumble dry on low.
If needed, iron inside out on low.
Do not iron directly over the design.
Budget Binders
Care for your budget binder:
Wipe the faux-leather cover gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not soak or machine wash. Let it air-dry completely before closing or storing.
Avoid alcohol, acetone, bleach, and abrasive cleaners.
Keep away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
Avoid overfilling the binder or its envelopes.
Open the rings fully before adding or removing pages—never pull pages through closed rings.
Keep sharp objects away from the cover to prevent punctures and scratches.
Shadow Boxes
Care for your shadow box:
Display indoors, away from moisture and direct sunlight to help protect the cardstock from fading or warping.
Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth.
Clean the glass gently with a soft, lint-free cloth, lightly dampened with water. Never spray directly onto the shadow box.
If your glass has a vinyl design, avoid scrubbing, scraping, or picking at its edges.
Handle carefully—the glass can break.
Place on a stable surface or use hanging hardware appropriate for the frame’s weight and your wall.
